摘要：我国野生植物资源种类繁多，分布广泛，但是主要以鲜食为主，加工程度低，导致很多加工副产品的浪费，因此科学的开发利用野生植物资源对丰富人们日益增长的物质生活和促进社会经济繁荣具有重要的意义和作用。本文对野山楂资源现状及加工方法进行论述，以提高产品附加值。
