您一定记得4月18号我们收到了送来的25台爱普生激光打印机。遗憾的是其中的三台有点问题，容易卡纸，且打印常常很不清楚。如果您能尽快派人来解决这些问题，我将不甚感激。

This letter refers to the delivery of the EPSON laser printers in last month. Also, we expects that your further guidence on the knowledge of the Intel Net.
You may recall that you sent us 25 sets of EPSON laser printers on April 18. Unfortunately, three sets of them have problems with delivering papers. I will be very appreciated if you could arrange your people for coming to solve the problems.
