尊敬的

随着经济全球化的不断加快，使得世界各国之间的交往更加紧密。加强国际合作、发挥各自优势、实现共同发展，已成为世界绝大多数国家和地区共同追求的目标。由中国商务部欧洲司主办，将邀请20多家国外商会协办，于2008年4月18—19日在北京举办 “中欧企业与商会国际论坛”，为中外企业和商会搭建交流互动的直接平台。旨在充分发挥社会团体、商会和服务机构的作用，推动中国企业与全球企业的合作。

作为欧洲著名的国家之一，贵国在商会中是不可或缺的力量。我们希望在这次论坛中能够听到来自于贵国的声音，得到贵商会的大力支持和帮助，恳请协调以下事项：

一、 邀请贵商会作为2008中欧企业与商会国际论坛的协办单位；

二、 邀请贵单位的主要领导或工作人员出席2008中欧企业与商会国际论坛并代表贵国商会作为嘉宾演讲。时间：15－20分钟，主题范围（供参考）：1、介绍贵商会的服务功能；2、贵商会以往运作的成功案例；3、贵国外商在华发展情况介绍；4、介绍贵国的商业环境；5、分享年度合作计划；并请于2008年3月底前提供ppt演讲稿。

三、 参与对话嘉宾（可选）

时间：60分钟；形式：6-8位嘉宾主席台现场对话；主题范围：1、国际商会、协会间的合作空间；2、贵国哪些领域更适合中国发展；3、中国企业如何借助贵商会的渠道快速与全球企业建立合作；4、为会员提供的服务种类；5、回答现场参会代表提问；

四、 提供贵商会资料以供刊登会刊。内容包括单位中英文名称、地址、电话、传真、电子邮件、联系人、300字的中英文介绍。

As economic globalization is accelerating, making contacts between the countries in the world more closely.
