关于出国留学电子类专业的问题

如果我想出国留学，并且我在国内读的是电子信息科学与技术专业，那么，我在国外大学选择的专业应该是什么，是“electrical and computer engineering ”吗？
电子信息技术和电子工程有什么区别？

These are all different majors:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Computer Science
Information Science

Different universities have different name and different type of course work.

Information Science - mostly in software, such as programming
Electronics Engineering - mostly in electronics hardware, such as integrated circuit design and fabrication

But, first, you must practice your English. English language is just s skill, not knowledge. The more often you use and practice, the better you can handle the language.

Obviously, MIT is the best. Carnegie Mellon University offer very good computer science courses. Princeton, Stanford, UC Berkeley are good.
