我已经饱了，可以用 I have been full.吗?是现在完成时
还记得有个句子也是现在完成时，但后面的有spent in ，不是过去的时间吗？have you enjoyed the long holiday you spent at the seaside?就是这个句子，为什么用完成时而不用过去时？

I am full.就可以了，用现完有些矫情了。
have you enjoyed the long holiday you spent at the seaside
这个句子，从句用过去式，是陈述一个客观存在的事实，而主局用现完是询问感受，用现完比较恰当

I am full

通常都是用I am full。

have you enjoyed the long holiday you spent at the seaside?
这句不使用过去时有可能是因为那个人问的时候，被问的人依然在seaside，还没完结那个旅程
