求助：grub4dos下如何进入windows

我的本本昨天去做了内存和硬盘升级，光驱不读盘了，拿去调换，当时做系统时用的是USB本本光驱，后来做好系统就回家了，我自己有加盒子的大USB光驱，我想自己做一个ghost系统，结果还没做，启动时显示如下内容，请求高手相助：

GRUB 是一个多重操作系统启动管理器，不作多系统启动是不用它的，普通格式化删除不了，建议买一张光盘引导启动的分区软件，例如PQ，PM（电脑迷附送光盘就有），进入分区软件后选中磁盘，点击右键，选择更新MBR，点应用，重启就可以了，如果还是不行，只能重装系统了，建议正常安装，ghost安装不重写MBR

grub进windows：
比如windows在C盘
root (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1

以前Win98时代，在C盘先键入Win回车就可以启动98，但是现在的XP的构架和98不一样。所以只能热启动后在进入XP系统。
在 win 之前，先要确定你的 windows 文件夹在何处。然后先运行 path 命令，在 win 即可。或者干脆把 windows 的文件夹添加在 win 命令前面

你这个是没重usb启动,把计算机的启动先设到从USB启动，看一下能不能启动，如果能启动就直接装系统如果不能就进DOS找到GHOST镜像启动就行了。
