我先把题翻译一下。
在城市X去年建造的230个single-family homes中，有多少个会在年末被占用？
（1）在城市X的所有single-family homes中，90％在年末被占用
（2）城市X中，总共有7200个single-family homes在年末被占用
下面我们来一个一个解答。
(1)我们不知道在那被占用的90％房子里面，有没有部分包含或完全包含去年建造的230个房子。答案是可能包含，也可能不包含。所以条件1没有办法得出结果。
（2）从这个条件我们知道了总共有7200个房子在年末被占用，但是我们依然不知道去年建造的230个房子有没有包含在这7200个房子中。
这里再罗唆一下。其实不论是GRE还是GMAT，它们的数学题都不难的。要解答好，首先要复习好基础知识（多时初中内容），其次是正确理解题意，再加上小心谨慎，获得满分的可能性是很大的。
