This paper discussed the possibility of using direct and indirect ways to make a breach on “Technical Barriers to Trade” (TBT) beginging with the effect of TBT on Chinese foreign-oriented trades. In regard to the direct ways, the author put forward the solutions of product localization and the increasing of additional value of product; while in regard to the indirect ways, the author stressed on the regulation, orientation, and support of Chinese government to foreign-oriented corporations.
