UC知道关于动词不定式的被动语态

AS a journalist you shoud firstly decide what events--- before you make some interviews.
这题因为report的 主语是 I 与report 有主谓关系所以选 to report 而不是to be reported
但是First he made a list of the names of those----.Then he began to write the invitation cards.
为什么这题就一定要用 to be invited
而不能用to invite呢?
是因为固定用法么?

第二句其实很简单的啦,你搞混淆了而已.首先他写了一个那些被邀请的人的名单. 被邀请的人应该用被动.
第一句和第二句考查的地方不一样,第一句考的是 what/where/how to + 动词原形.
trees to plant你能给我完整的一个句子吗?是出现在类似There are a lot of trees to plant.或者Let's decide which kind of tree to plant.句子里面吧.这也属于what/where/how/which to + 动词原形.
对了我漏了一个which to do.

第一句的主语其实是you。人做主语自然不用被动。what to……为宾语从句。
