【摘要】： 目前正是我国实现经济体制转变和经济增长方式转变的关键时期。实现两个转变必然要求企业管理进一步创新。一方面,在计划经济体制下企业管理是以生产为导向的封闭型、被动型、粗放型、物本型的管理模式。另一方面,在高度集中的计划经济体制和经济短缺形势并存的环境下,管理是粗放的,能源与原材料消耗高、资源利用率低、浪费严重、效益低下的现象普遍存在。现在我国经济增长方式正由粗放型向集约型转变,这就要求企业必须把提高产品质量、改善产品结构、节能降耗、提高附加值和增加经济效益放在重要位置。
