6.1 Either party may terminate its participation in this Agreement by written notice to the other party if the other party fails materially to observe or perform any of its obligations under this Agreement and has been notified in writing by the party aggrieved of the nature of the failure within fifteen days after its occurrence and has not taken steps to remedy such failure within thirty days after such notice. Either party may terminate the Agreement upon not less than 90 days notice to the other party.
6.2 Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to any rights or obligations which have accrued before termination and shall not destroy or diminish the binding force of any of the provisions of this Agreement which are expressly provided to come into force on, or continue in force after, such termination.

6.1任何一方可随时终止其参加本协定，以书面形式通知另一方，如果另一方当事人未在实质上遵守或履行其任何义务，根据这项协议，并已书面通知党受屈的性质为何失败十五天之后，它的出现，并没有采取措施纠正这种失败后三十天内通知。任何一方都可以终止协议后，不得少于90天通知对方。
