第二部分中，为了做到网站的建设心中有数，建设能按规范进行。列出网站建设流程图，在确定了网站的栏目内容后对网站框架和网页风格进行设计。
第三部分是 “网页的实现及后期管理”是本文的重点，用ASP语言集合数据库（ACCESS和SQL 2000）具体实现网页，当中有部分的制作源码。介绍后期的管理和维护。
在最后一部分总结中，对整个网站的建设和本文的内容有一个概括性的总结，并对这次设计阐述了自己的一些看法。
