摘要：
近年来，和谐管理已成为管理学界所关注的重要课题，作为一种新型的管理模式，和谐理念已被越来越多的中外企业所接受，并在实践中得到了诸多实效，但迄今为止，还没有人从和谐管理的角度来系统探讨我国民营企业的可持续发展问题。本论文通过分析台州民营企业的特点以及和谐管理在民营企业发展的本质要求，探讨了民营企业进行和谐管理的必要性，构建了人与自然，人与人，人与社会之间全面和谐的民营企业和谐管理的目标体系，以促进民营企业健康，快速地发展。
