Have your application been submitted through the Department of Health Technology and Informatics or else ? I still could not find it.
The CET-6 qualification is under discussion and consideration. I will let you know later but I would suggest you starting to think more about the possible topics.

topics的一般意思我都知道，我很郁闷的是他要我考虑那些东西做什么？他所指的topics是指什么？所以我觉得应该不是topics的原意吧，它有什么引申得词义吗？大家有谁收到教授这样的回答方式的可以分享下意见啊！！我急切等待中
