The salary and conditions set out in this letter are confidential and should not be discussed with other members of the staff or with outsiders.
2.1 the company may at its sole discretion at the end of each financial year pay to the Employee an annual borus, the amount of which is to be determined solely by the Company.
2.2 The Employee shall be responsible for the payment of his income tax on the salary and all other remuneration received from the company hereunder. The Employee and the Company shall make all provident and other payments required by law to be made by the Company and/or the Employee in Singapore.

薪金及所订的条件，在此信是保密的，不应该讨论与其他成员的工作人员，或与外人道。
2.1本公司可在其斟酌决定，在每个财政年度结束时支付给雇员每年博鲁什，而这笔款项是唯一的决定因素，由该公司。
2.2雇员应负责支付其个人所得税的工资和所有其他报酬收到来自公司下文。雇员和公司应确保所有的公积金及其他款项按法律规定须取得由本公司和/或雇员在新加坡举行。
