Payable Metal:
Cu 93% of full final content
90% of each invoice after provisional weighing & sampling known in
Buyer's designated warehouse Likasi, after Seller will present
provisional invoice.
QP: The Q/P for all payable metals shall be any LME day during two months
(61 consecutive calendar days), following the date when the final assays
for each delivered lot are known.
Final Assaying & Sampling will be conducted in Johannesburg or load port in
Buyer's warehouse, Seller has the right to be represented at his own cost.
Seller shall issue a pricing order to Buyer. Such pricing order shall be
sent one market day prior to the day during which Seller wants to price the
respective quantity of the Material.
A Lot shall be defined as the quantity delivered on a monthly basis as
defined above in qty clause (i.e. 200tpm-250tpm)
