收到一个客户的E—mail,大致的意思是:
他在我们公司订了20张椅子 但我们出货迟了两个月 而且还有两张坏的 所以 客户要我们减低10%的价格给他 如果你是经理 你会怎么回复这一份E-MAIL

(我们会帮他换了这张椅子,但减低10%的价格太多了,我们会减低5%的价格,并且承诺以后不会发生这种事情,以后会提供优惠给他)

Sorry for the delay and mistakes. We will change the two damaged chairs for you immediately. However, it is too much for me to have 10% off on the price. What we can do is give you 5% off at most.On the other hand, we can promise no such kind of accident and some discount for you in the future .
