企业文化,是指企业在长期的生产经营管理活动中,逐步形成并为全体职工所认同的,带有本企业特色的价值取向、行为方式、经营作风、企业精神、道德规范、发展目的和思想意识等因素的总和。就是说,企业文化不仅是指企业文体活动,而有其更深刻的内涵,它也不完全等同于企业思想政治工作,作为文化和经济结合的产物,它反映了企业管理科学发展的新趋势。企业文化建设是关系企业生存发展的长远性、综合性的工作。企业文化是一种群体意识,它的形成是自发和自觉的统一。只有企业员工在个人价值观的基础上,接受企业整体价值观并外化为个人的行为,企业文化才能形成并发挥内化控制的作用。企业文化能否发挥这种功能,不仅取决于企业文化本身是否优越,也取决于这种企业文化在多大程度上被职工认同。
本文对企业文化建设的发展过程、文化的主线和基本价值、基本特征,企业文化对员工的影响等方面的建设状况及重要意义进行了浅析,通过阐述以上方面,使笔者对文化有更加深刻的理解,宝钢企业文化不仅具有其自身的特性,更是在不断创新中发展起来的。
