摘要: 目的：对二冬膏中的化学成分进行初步研究。方法：采用大孔树脂吸附色谱法、硅胶柱层析法以及葡聚糖凝胶柱层析相结合的方法进行分离。结果：从二冬膏氯仿层中分离得到两个化合物,通过理化性质及波谱解析将其结构鉴定为薯蓣皂苷元和菝葜皂苷元。结论：摸索出了的分离方法简单、易行。
