摘要::本系统的主电路部分是以AT89C51为中心,用温度传感器AD590进行实时温度采集,经过放大处理后,送到A/D转换器MC14433将模拟信号转换成数字信号,最后送到单片机中进行处理并由LED显示,然后经D/A转换器0832输出标准电流和电压信号。同时,通过RS485和上位机系统进行通信。本系统具有成本低,精度高,稳定性好多点检测等特点,主要包括:单片机硬件部分、单片机软件部分、上位机软件部分。本论文主要是介绍单片机硬件部分设计。

Abstract:This system main circuit part is take AT89C51 as a center,carries on realtime temperature gathering with temperature sensor AD590,after process enlargement will deliver A/D switch MC14433 the simulated signal to transform the digital signal,finally will deliver in the monolithic integrated circuit to carry on processing and to demonstrate by LED,then after D/A switch 0832 output standard electric currents and voltage signal,At the same time ,and on the positon machine system carries on the correspndence through RS485.This system has the cost to be low,the precision is high,characteristice and so on stable many examinations,mainly include:Monolithic integrated circuit hardware part,monolithic integrated circuit software part,on position machine software part.The present paper mainly introduces the monolithic integrated circuit hardware part design
