高分子微球是一种新型的功能材料。目前对高分子微球的研究引起了越来越多的学者的兴趣。高分子微球的应用也越来越广泛,尤其在生物医学领域中有着很好的应用前景。本文综述了高分子微球载体的制备、生物活性物质的固定化以及高分子微球在医疗和临床医学领域的应用,其中主要介绍了磁性高分子微球和荧光高分子微球。高分子微球有大分子单体法、种子聚合法、分步异相凝聚法、线球转变法等制备方法。生物医用高分子微球通常为核-壳复合结构。目前常用的高分子材料有聚多糖类、氨基酸类、乙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚苯乙烯等。如果再添加磁性材料或一些功能基团就能获得磁微球或荧光微球等高分子微球。它们在靶向给药、药物控释、基因治疗、药物筛选、细菌与病毒的鉴定等方面有着非常有效的应用。目前高分子微球在医学领域中应用最多的是药物载体和医学检测。
