2008年3月12号迈入比亚迪股份有限公司开始实习，新的环境，新的工作，新的团队，新的项目，同时赋予了我新的挑战。我被分配到第三事业本部精密模具事业部，所在的岗位是数控电火花慢走丝线切割，数控电火花线切割加工是一项涉及多门学科的综合性技术，是模具制造中的主力装备。成型塑料制品的模具简称为塑料模具，塑料模具生产的塑料制品在机械、电子工业中有着广泛的应用。在金属加工中，数控电火花线切割始终是塑料模加工的利器。不论是动模、定模、零配件，还是特殊加工场合，只要编制出正确的数控程式，电火花线切割定会在塑料模加工中发挥出越来越重要的作用数控电火花线切割机床既是数控机床，又是特种加工机床。我所在的模具三部是生产注塑模具的一环，主要是注塑模具的模仁和镶件的加工。通过这三个月的实习使我对注塑模具的知识了解的的更多，使我能够独立操作电火花线切割机床，自己完成了指导教师给自己安排的实习计划。相信自己通过以后的努力和自己在工作中的不断总结，能够取得更好的成绩。
