日本老龄化政策对我国解决老龄化社会问题的政策启示
摘要
伴随着工业化、城市化的进程，人口老龄化已经成为了全球关注的重要问题。日本以其惊人的老年人口增速成为了世界上老龄化程度最高的国家。中国的人口老龄化也在建国之后的50多年中经历了从起步、加深到高峰的发展进程。中日两国同属亚洲国家，在人口老龄化发展过程中经历了一些极为相似的阶段，因此比较两国的老龄化问题、学习和借鉴日本较为成熟的老龄化政策，对解决我国日益突出的老龄化社会问题有着重要的引导意义。
本文主要围绕人口老龄化带来的社会问题，对中日两国当前的老龄化现状和政策进行了详细论述，着重分析了日本的老龄化政策的一些利弊，以及这些政策对我国解决老龄化问题的借鉴作用，并结合我国的国情提出了例如在优生优育、养老保险、社会福利等方面适合我国的老龄政策及措施。
