随着时间的流逝，我在这里度过了艰辛、漫长同时又给予我得意、充足的工作及生活。6年多来，我努力工作，由一名领班到现今的副经理，酒店使我逐渐成为一名成熟专业的管理人员。
工作中，我严格要求自己，分工到人，职责明确。在使餐厅正常运作的同时，对员工的培养、提高员工的自信心及工作激情，也是我一直需要继续努力的工作。“以人为本”的管理理念，是我在处理餐厅各项工作事务必遵循的方向，这也使得我与同事在工作及生活有了更深的沟通，也使得我有更多的朋友；细心、热情、周到的对客服务，是我们工作的目标；在餐厅里常常能听到客人叫“Dolice”，是我最开心，也是我感到无比自豪的事情。
在缓解工作压力的时候，我会打乒乓球，听随身听，酷爱追看现今流行的韩剧，有时甚至看到泪流满面，放声大哭……
积累更多的工作管理经验，追逐更丰富、精彩的生活是我日后的前进方向，我会更好工作，不断进取。

自从2001年末加入酒店，担任锅炉领班一职。而我主要负责锅炉设备和液化石油气站设备的正常运行，日常维护保养及应急维修工作，确保酒店的蒸汽和石油气的正常供应。在酒店高层的正确领导下，配合本部门经理做好工程部的日常管理和酒店的节能工作，并参与跟进完成了酒店的多项新增扩建、改造、维修工程。
在工作的过程中，我不断地提升自己个人的专业技能及业务水平，发挥个人特长。同时，常总结工作经验，加强对本班组员的技能培训工作，增强整体实力。
入职至今，我与酒店一起经历了六年的风风雨雨，我以酒店为家，遵纪守法，积极响应酒店的号召，尽忠尽职为酒店的蓬勃发展贡献自己的一份微薄之力。
