摘 要：目前我国农村相关配套政策改革滞后，导致地区差异越来越大，农村社会经济发展越来越不平衡，不同地区的农村在家庭养老的方式选择上也呈现明显的差异。尽管养老方式多样化，但是使老年人的晚年生活幸福、安稳是最终的目标。对于养老方式的选择也要根据具体情况而定，而不能搞片面化，更不能超越自身的承受能力。
今年4—5月份，我对寿光市D村60岁以上老年人的赡养情况，采用发放调查表、个案访谈、查阅村志的方法做了一次有限的调查研究，对我村老年人目前的养老状况有了一个比较全面的了解，在调查的过程中发现，我们村以家庭养老和敬老院养老为主。同时在访谈的过程中也发现了部分存在的问题和有待改进的方法，并在此基础上提出几点建议，希望可以对我村的老年人事业有所帮助。
