摘要
本文调研了国内外泡沫驱油理论的相关文献,跟踪和吸收了国内外关于泡沫驱油理论的最新研究成果,对高温高盐条件进行了泡沫驱提高采收率的系统研究。
在大量文献调研的基础上,系统地归纳和分析了泡沫流体的性能:泡沫质量、泡沫的热物理性能、泡沫的腐蚀性、发泡剂的生物降解性、发泡剂的毒性等。总结了泡沫稳定性的主要影响因素,包括体系组成、泡沫性质、气泡大小分布、吸附膜、黑膜及外界条件等。阐述了泡沫驱油以及提高采收率的机理。
利用waring Blender法对在不同条件下的泡沫性能进行了性能评价, 筛选出了抗温抗盐的起泡剂JHF3, 该产品成本低、价格低廉,具有起泡性好、抗盐抗温强等特点. ;筛选了新型抗盐聚合物JH1S为稳泡剂,该稳泡剂性能稳定,增粘性强,抗温达80℃ ,与JHF3具有良好的配伍性。并确定了最佳泡沫体系配方:0. 2%起泡剂JHF3++1500mg/L稳泡剂JH1S++1%助剂(碱)NaOH。考察了NaCI, CaC12以及NaCI与CaC12混合盐、温度、原油、pH值对泡沫性能的影响.
试验结果表明该泡沫体系起泡能力强泡沫稳定性好.且有一定的耐温.抗盐及抗钙能力,该体系能够较大幅度地提高采收率。
