本文分析了我国发展循环经济的重要性，循环经济和可持续发展的内涵，以及循环经济给中国对外贸易的可持续发展所带来的机遇与挑战，阐述了国外循环经济的发展状况，针对国内循环经济发展的现状和存在的问题，结合循环经济时代我国对外贸易的高速增长引发的问题，提出了对我国循环经济的对策建议，并对协调好贸易与循环经济的关系提出了相应的对策。
