所有发生在澳大利亚以外的银行费用都记在受益人帐户
信用证金额的90%即期支付，另外的10%将在开证申请人出具一份无异议证明后支付。
后一条是软条款，不应该接受。
另外给把这份信用证的41A（或41D）以及42的内容发上来吗？
