在大堂，主要有几个方面的任务：
1．指导客户正确填写单据，把办理某项事务所需要填写的单据直到客户填写正确，该复印身份证的也要帮他们复印好。
2．回答客户咨询，有些客户到大堂会问一些业务上的事情，比如转账如何收费等等。
3是维护大堂秩序，实现客户分流，减轻柜台人员压力。
这两天我并没有做一些实际的工作，主要就是跟着经理了解、学习大堂业务，如何解答客户疑问，如何处理工作中遇到的问题。
对于我来说，这两天最大的挑战就是需要站立一整天，并且对客户时刻保持微笑。银行也属于服务行业的一种，要求员工对顾客一定要非常礼貌周到，柜台里面的员工要站立，双手递给客户单据。客户经理一直都要站立着回答顾客的疑问，解决顾客的难题，无论自己多累或者客户态度多不好，都要始终保持微笑。这真的是一份十分辛苦的工作呢。
