第四部分通过对诱发未成年人犯罪的心理分析，揭示诱发未成年人犯罪主观原因和客观原因的特点，使人掌握预防未成年人犯罪的方法。
第五部分着重阐述预防未成年人应关注的几个方面，加强未成年人的犯罪的引导，减少未成年人犯罪。
第六部分通过处理未成年人犯罪的对策的分析，使人在宏观上把握预防未成年人犯罪的方法。为未成年人创造良好的生活环境，真正预防和减少未成年人犯罪。
