很基本的条款，如果看不懂，公司让你操作，不是送钱给老外吗？

前5款是对单据的要求，分别是：

1 商业发票
2 提单
3 保单
4 产地证
5 装箱单

补充条款是废话，
要求汇票注明开证行和信用证号及日期，这是当然的哦
不符点的费用，开玩笑，要是有不符点，能不能拿到钱都是问号！

后面的票据流程，那是银行的事

内容太多，不想操刀，既然楼主有要求。我再来补充一下5款单据的具体内容：

1. 商业发票一正四副，发票上标注的商品与2008年7月25日出具的编号为sri-012/o8的形式发票上的商品完全一致，此外，发票上要注明进口许可证号1L3/08-09/1146和许可证日期2008年8月6日

2. 全套“已装船”清洁海运提单，空白抬头，空白背书，通知人为:

1. 开证申请人
2. 外贸银行,Yg，注明“运费已付”

或者

航空运单，收货人为外贸银行，注明“运费已付”，通知人为开证申请人

3. 海运/空运和战争险保险单或者保险凭证，按CIF价值加成10%投保水渍险，罢工、暴动、民变险，盗窃提货不着险（仓至仓条款）和淡水雨淋险和其他货物损害险等附加险，不管战争险和一切险的赔付比例如何，在Rg(地名)予以赔付。

4. 产地为“CHINA(中国)”的原产地证书

5. 装箱单一正四副

提单：全套清洁“已装船”海运提单，空白抬头，空白背书（也就是说，不打收货人具体是谁，凭指示“to order”，发货人在背面要盖背书章），通知开证申请人及国外贸易银行，并注明“运费已付”。
或者空运提单，注明收货人为国外贸易银行，并注明“运费已付”，通知开证申请人。
