原翻译有多处都很别扭，尤其是commonalty sport way这个组合，闻所未闻。

“训练”译成training更符合中文所要表达的意思吧。另外可以考虑将running译成jogging。

个人认为译成这样会好些：
Jogging is the most popular type of exercise, for it needs no training nor equipments.
