根据双方约定关于由甲方开发的客户而从乙方直接采购的业务佣金的约定，双方就下列客户的业务佣金达成以下一致:
就是说，我们是乙方，提供产品。而客户是由甲方开发的，也就是甲方的客户，我们要和最终客户做生意，是要给甲方佣金的。不是由我们直接联系最终用户，是要通过甲方。

Whereas,

1. Party A shall be responsible for development of Clients;
2. Party B provides Products to Clients developed thereby.
3. Commissions shall be paid by Party B to Party A in accordance with the direct product sale to the Clients mentioned in last paragraph.
