就说一下对公司的看法吧.
已经一周没有加班了,想公司员工比较关心的自然是工资问题.出来打工谁不是为了钱呢.科长前段时间所说的新客户也不见在哪.大部分员工都非本地人, 如今一个月的工资也仅仅够生活费.如果交个保险什么的实在是没法过了.
能用到咱们家产品的也不只有新星和一品吧.我不了解咱们家产品价格和其他竞争对手价格差异.但据说之前新星和一品同样也是用三正家的产品的.如今却基本用咱们家的.这样也足以证明咱们家产品有竞争力.我实在想不通公司业务为什么不能多谈几个客户.
再说福利问题,想必科长也该知道前段时间车间里人的抱怨. 为什么品质有全勤而我们没有. 我不是抱怨待遇与他们不公平.公司是该为咱们员工的利益考虑下了.说白了.付出的劳动和时间与汇报不成正比的话,谁愿意干呢?谁也晓得现在金融危机全球受影响.但起码得和附近企业比较下待遇吧.
再有,为什么职位分配那么不均匀.其实,我也蛮为里面检验人叫苦的.检一天产品下来眼睛自然很累.加薪该是必然的吧? 让人更不解的是,既然那么怕担责任.没责任心.有事就推.又何必让那样的人做那位置呢.
不容易呢.凑够三百了. 为了凑凑字数.其实也没啥实质性东西. :(
