The weather is cold ,but the heart is warm .有没错误，或者表达的对不对？

就是不怎么好。it is cold ,but my heart is warm.

同时去掉THE同样也行

表示天气如何时，一般用it做形式主语而不用weather，所以比较合适的讲法是
It is cold outside, but my heart is warm inside.

把the改下，感觉有点别扭peple's

没有语法错误

Though the weather is cold, the heart will always feel warm
