2007 年以来，越南金融领域出现很多不稳定现象，通货膨胀严重，CPI涨幅已经超过了25%，股市、楼市价格暴跌，货币连续贬值，并且出现大量国际资本外逃，外贸、财政出现“双赤字”，经济增长开始放缓。反观国内，越南所遇到的这些问题，在中国都不同程度地存在。鉴于中国与越南经济上有许多共同点，本文主要介绍了越南金融危机产生的原因，以对如何及从越南的这场危机中汲取教训，以增强自身抵御金融危机的能力提出了建议。

Since 2007, Vietnam, a lot of financial instability phenomena, inflation is serious, the CPI increase has exceeded 25%, stock and property prices tumbling currency devaluation, continuous and lots of international trade and finance capital flight, "double deficit," economic growth to slow. In China, Vietnam, these problems encountered in China are exist to varying degrees. Since China and Vietnam have economic many similarities, this paper mainly introduces the Vietnam financial crisis, cause of how to and from Vietnam's crisis the lessons learned, in order to enhance their ability to withstand financial crisis are proposed.
