摘 要

我国对二氧化硫和氮氧化物的治理方面起步很晚,至今还处于摸索阶段,国内一些电厂的烟气脱硫脱硝装置大部分欧洲、美国、日本引进的技术,或者是试验性的,且设备处理的烟气量很小,还不成熟。而且随着我国经济的高速发展,煤炭消费不断增长,燃煤排放的二氧化硫也不断增加,导致我国酸雨和二氧化硫污染日趋严重。二氧化硫对我国国民经济造成的直接经济损失已严重地阻碍了我国经济的向前发展。但因其一次性投资巨大,运行成本高昂,容易造成二次污染。成本的投入和效率有很高的技术要求。采用高科技手段,降低造价和减少运营成本成为最为关键的问题。因此我国开始逐步以国外的技术为基础研制适合自己国家的脱硫脱硝技术。
随着科学的进步和不断的发展,层出不穷的脱硫脱硝技术应运而生,尤其是CSCR进行脱硫脱硝一体化技术,节省成本,能耗低,二次污染小回收利用以及安全性都很高,优于石灰石-石膏法的处理工艺。
