《春秋》决狱的影响及其司法价值（题目）

摘要：《春秋》决狱是中国传统法律文化进程中的一个重要环节，是西汉中期统治者为适应政治、经济形势的需要，以“原心定罪”为指导思想，以“尊尊亲亲”为基本原则，用儒家经义来指导司法实践的一种断案模式，一种审判方式。本文从当时的社会背景以及当时的法律环境来分析《春秋》决狱对当时的社会产生的影响，并对其具有的司法价值进行评价。

"Spring and Autumn Annals" summary justice prison and its value (Title)
