Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, the parties hereto shall fulfill any obligations under any Individual Contract which has been executed prior to the effective date of such expiration or termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the relevant Individual Contract.
Neither party hereto shall be liable to the other by reason of the termination or expiration of this Agreement for compensation, reimbursement or damages on anticipated sales or on account of expenditures, investments or other commitments relating to the business or goodwill of either party hereto.
