2009 Starfish Sponsored Medical Trips
Because of the fact that I have a foster home and that I come in contact with many foreign doctors and Chinese medical staff in their hospitals the idea for actually organizing medical trips is not too difficult to imagine. I have met so many medical personal that would love to come to China to help the children of China, just like they do in all parts of the world, like Africa and South America, Russia and the Caribbean. So in order to explain some of the reasons why I think a medical trip is such a great idea, here are some of my thoughts.
1) I love China and I love the Chinese children. However, I have to tell you honestly that my heart is so totally intertwined with the orphans who are to be found in the orphanages and due to the huge medical costs cannot get the help they need. I am so moved by their plight and I think of way to help them to have a bight and healthy future. It is my most sincere desire to help more child
