对于一个IT支持工程师，我觉得技能和沟通技巧都非常重要。例如：a custom tell me that he has some trouble in useing computer并希望寻能够得到我的帮助，在此情况下，如果我只有technical job skills，却缺少good communication skills时，很有可能会造成无法在最短的时间了解到他所遇问题的具体情况并且指导他解决电脑问题。相反，假若我只具备good communication skills却缺少technical job skills时，我很有可能会无法根据我的知识来判断如何解决客户所遇到的问题并向他explain the root which cause of the problem。All in one word，当只有同时具备了以上这两种skills时，才能够称为一个合格的IT support engineer

For example, a custom tells me that he has some trouble in useing computer, and want me to help him. In this situation, if I only have technical job skills but no communication skills, I can't understand the detailed problem he has in the shortest time. Nor can I help him solve the problem. On contrary, if I have good communication skills but no technical job skills, I can't solve the problem according to my knowledge. Nor can I explain the root which cause of the problem to him.
