term of employment
(a) This exclusive agreement shall be effective as of 18 February 2009 and continue,subject to the terms and conditions hereof,in force and effect until 17 February 2010.
(b) This Agreement shall continue in full force unless Owner of Property Manager notifies the other party in writing 60 days prior to date of termination.

聘用条款
1. 这份独一的协议在2009年2月18号有有效的，其效力此日期后依然有效。其针对下列的条款，其效力一直到2010年2月17号。
2.这份协议一直有全部效力。除非财产管理方的拥有着提前60天通知此协议另一方该协议的终止。
雇佣条款
（a）此专项协议将于2009年2月18日开始生效，在符合相关条款和条件的情况下，有效至2010年2月17日。
（b）此协议将于截至日期之前60天内Owner of Property Manager通知协议另一方后失效
