本论文主要分为四部分，第一部分为绪论，介绍了论文的写作背景，文献综述及研究方法；第二部分对三种市场进入模式作了一般分析，指出贸易进入方式对中小企业的适应性；第三部分主要分析了我国中小企业实施OEM的现状，意义，指出OEM是我国中小企业进入国际市场的现实选择；第四部分对我国中小企业实施OEM国际化的对策与建议。

This thesis is including four parts. The first part is introduction; which introduce the background of this paper and consulting documents and way of research.
The second part is to analyse the methods of entering the three kind of markets, and point out how the enterprise to adapt the way of trading. The third part is to analyse the meaning and status of medium and small enterprise of implementing OEM, and point out that the OEM is the only way for Chinese medium and small enterprise to join internatinal markets.
The fourth part is the strategies and suggestions for our Chinese medium and small enterprise which want to join in international markets by implementing OEM.
