摘 要
近年来，随着中国汽车保有量的不断增长，汽车修理厂、4S店、汽车美容业都进入了飞速发展的时期，汽车维修保养设备行业也迅速发展起来。据不完全统计，目前产值已经达到40多亿元，生产厂家上千家，产品品种2000种以上，仍然以年均10-15%的增长率高速发展。设备技术含量和质量得到了提高，逐步缩小和世界发达国家的差距，为全国30多万家汽车维修企业的设备需求做出了应有的贡献。但是，我国的汽车维修保养设备的制造市场体系仍然不够完备，企业生产规模相对较小，技术开发和创新能力不强，市场营销及服务水平较低，产品结构不尽合理，行业形象不能令人满意。这种现象随着汽车维修保养设备的成熟，将逐步改善。
在现有条件下，现代化的汽修、美容厂必须具有的维修检测设备中清洗机是不可或缺的装备。目前，中国市场上的汽车清洗机国产品牌占主导地位，国外也有产品进入国内，比如：大白鲨等，但对国产品牌的冲击力较小。
介绍了自动清洗机的总体构造，工况要求，讲述了清洗机的系统组成，箱体设计过程。计算完成了清洗机旋转式喷头的设计，阐述了清洗液加热部分的设计思路，完成了对整部清洗机的设计任务。
