摘要:本文就新型防腐剂双乙酸钠进行了多方面的研究,包括新型防腐剂双乙酸钠的概述、性质特性、对食品饲料粮食防霉防腐的作用机理、应用和用途、质量指标、合成以及分析检测方法等方面。特别是对新型防腐剂双乙酸钠的制备方法进行深入研究,采用最为理想的乙酸—氢氧化钠一步法制备双乙酸钠,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳试验条件,并用滴定法、TG/DTA分析、IR红外光谱对产物进行分析和表征。结果表明,该方法具有操作简单、原料易得、无污染、产品质量稳定等特点,其产品符合双乙酸钠质量标准,产品收率达到97%以上。
