每天适量的运动比一天内过量的运动更有效。

关键是后半句里那个 that 可不可以这样用？连着用两次 exercise 显得太重复

后一句中的excessive是形容词,(过度的)所以没有两次用exercise.后一句中that应改为one,来代替名词exercise所以相当于,(one =an exercise),that不能用前置定语修饰,可以有后置定语,如介词短语等,如下面的句子
The weather in Changchun is colder than that in Guangzhou.
I lost my pen so I have to buy a new one.

不可以，that指代前面的exercise
这个句子没有两个exercise啊
