摘 要
绩效考核是现代人力资源管理的重要内容,没有考核就难以激励员工.没有考核就无法对人力资源管理的效果进行评价。几乎所有的企业都有自己的绩效考核方案,但是在绩效考核的实施过程中,管理者发现,已有的绩效考核制度很难达到预期的目标,甚至还产生了严重的不良后果。一家知名管理期刊的调查表明:"如何建立有效的绩效考核系统"被列为困扰中国企业的10大管理难题之首。如何客观、公正、准确地对员工的绩效作出评价,采用更加灵活的模式来评价员工的绩效,是当前人力资源管理与实践亟待探讨和解决的问题。企业往往只看到了绩效考核或评估,而忽视针对绩效管理全过程的把握。正确认识绩效管理和建构有效的绩效考核系统是解决这一问题的根本所在。本文针对苏州某企业的绩效考核的现状对其进行了分析,指出其问题,分析改进对策和策略。
