摘要：报纸是以刊登新闻为主的定期向大众发行的印刷品，它是最早的新闻媒介，一度是最主要的传播媒介，至今仍然与我们生活息息相关。然而伴随着生产力的发展，社会环境的变化以及各种新闻媒介的出现，报纸昔日的辉煌已经慢慢离去。尤其是近年来网络媒体异军突起，挟其独有的优势进入市场，读者流量呈几何式增长，从而对报纸带来了前所未有的挑战，报纸如何发展？这是一个亟需解决的问题。
本文从现阶段的媒介环境出发，分析网络，电视，广播等传播媒体的发展状况及其对报纸的影响。可以说报纸已经到了一个亟需突破瓶颈的时期。报纸是否会在激烈的竞争中失去领地甚至灭亡？答案是否定的。从报纸的特点进行分析后可以看出，在很长一段时间报纸都具有不可代替性。此外国内外一些重要媒体也各自采取不同的应对策略。最后本文还将理论与实际相结合，着重探讨了报纸如何坚持自己的优势和拓展新空间的问题。
Abstract: Newspaper, which consider publishing news as the majority giving out to the public at the certain time, is kind of the press productions. It is the earliest media of news, once being the most important media of broadcasting, and it is still relevant tightly to our livings thus far. However, along with the development of productivity, the yesterday glory of newspaper is becoming be far from us owing to the transformation of the social environment and existence of all kinds of medium of news. Especially the internet, it becomes so popular among all the news medium with its unique advantages that the amount of the users increase with geometric growth. It brings so many unexpecting challenges to the newspaper. How would the development of newspaper be? This is a problem which needs emegent solution.
This text begins from the environment of medium in current stage, analyzing the conditions of the developments of internet, television, broadcast and other medium of broadcas
