浅谈高校人事档案管理工作
摘要: 高校人事档案管理是各校人事管理工作不可缺少的一个重要组成部分，是推动高校可持续发展的基本条件之一。人事档案管理工作的好坏直接影响到高校人事工作的效率和质量，涉及到每个教职员工的切身利益。本文对人事档案管理存在的问题进行分析，并提出改进及创新之处，展望未来的人事档案管理，推动档案管理工作提高到一个新的水平。

Abstract: Colleges and Universities school personnel files management is indispensable to the work of personnel management as an important component of the College is to promote sustainable development one of the basic conditions. Management of personnel files of the Universities direct impact on the efficiency of personnel and quality of work, involving the vital interests of each faculty. In this paper, the management of personnel files to analyze problems and make improvements and innovation, look to the future of the personnel file management, file management work to a new level.
