关于一个英文句子的结构

The capital city of Prince edward island is Charlottetown, and it was there in 1864 *that* the conference was held *that* resulted in four provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Quebec, and Ontario) joining together in 1867 to make the first version of the Dominion of Canada.
我知道:
第一个that是说明时间的,可不可以理解为引导时间状语
第二个that是指代conference的,即可以变为:
the conference resulted in four provinces joining together in 1867 to make the first version of the Dminion Canada!
那究竟叫什么呢?定语从句?

第一个“that”是用来引导表示地点的强调句,正常语句是 “the conference was held in the capital in 1864”; 改为强调句后倒装,“it was there in 1864 that the conference was held…”.
第二个“that”是用来引导修饰conference 的定语从句。
the conference "that" resulted in …was held.

说第一个that 代时间 我有不同的看法

我觉得 第一个that 是 代主语it, 也就是说that后面的内容是这句的主语(conference),

第二个that 是代conference 没错

叫什么还真不知道 语法学的不好 :)
